Watch our short explainer video here to find out more, and learn about the recently agreed changes to legislation, these are effective from 25 July 2025 and apply to current/existing claims as well as any new claims submitted.

Changes also include the right to have written reasons for dismissal (within 7 days of the dismissal taking place) and also give the right to the Tribunal to make a limited costs order to either party when considering the actions of the party throughout the claim process.
