Increase in Compensation Awards

Effective 25 July 2025 sees an increase in the level of compensation that the Tribunal are able to award, and also introduces a limited ability to award costs against a party if the Tribunal considers it appropriate.  

This change applies to all new claims, but also to any claims that have been lodged and no decision/outcome made on them.
