Below is a table showing the most common claims lodged with the Tribunal and the time limits on when the claims must be filed. Please note employees do not have to leave their employer to lodge some claims - please seek advice.

Reservists returning to work | 7 weeks & 6 days from relevant date |
Redundancy Protected Award | 7 weeks & 6 days from relevant date |
Redundancy Paid Time off to seek new employment/training | 7 weeks & 6 days from the date the time off should have been permitted |
Redundancy Detriment to Employee Representative including paid time to represent | 7 weeks & 6 days immediately following the act of detriment |
Failure to provide written reason for termination | 7 weeks & 6 days from last date of employment if leaving |
Unfair/Constructive Dismissal | 7 weeks & 6 days from last date of employment |
Right of Representation in disciplinary and grievance process | 7 weeks & 6 days immediately following the threat |
