Changes to Legislation

Watch our short explainer video to find out more, and  about the recently agreed changes to legislation, these are effective from 25 July 2025 and apply to current/existing claims as well as any new claims submitted.

Changes also include the right to have written reasons for dismissal (within 7 days of the dismissal taking place) and also give the right to the Tribunal to make a limited costs order to either party when considering the actions of the party throughout the claim process.
