Young Persons at Work

The Health & Social Services Minister has issued an Order, effective from October 2011 to limit the hours that children, aged under 16, may work.

In 2006, the Jersey Child Protection Team (a joint Education and Police team) published some useful guidelines for employers about how to treat young persons at work.
