In this session we will give an overview of the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013, and focussing on disability - covering, best practice and how to take steps to prevent claims be lodged against the business and individuals. 

During this session we look at the legislation and examine how disabiity discrimination legislation impacts upon employment and will include reasonable adjustments and recruitment practices for the purposes of the disability discrimination regulations.

Time: 12.15pm to 1.45pm

Course fee: £25.00

Payment must be received before the date of the training. If payment is not received before the training, JACS reserves its right to refuse access to the training.

A cancellation charge of £25 per person will be levied for any cancellations giving less than 3 working days notice or for any 'no-shows' on the day.
