Sex Discrimination & Family Friendly rights now in place
1st September 2015
New protected characteristics have been added to the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013 with effect from 1 September 2015, these are as follows:
- Sex
- Sexual Orientation
- Gender Reassignment
- Pregnancy & Maternity
