Redundancy Payments 2026

The Average Weekly Earnings Report was released on 22 August 2026, showing an increase in the mean earnings.

This means that for any redundancies taking place from 22 September, the statutory cap on redundancy pay rises from to £1,040 to £1100 for each week per year of service.
