Any information provided by clients by whatever means will be processed by JACS in compliance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law for the purposes of giving advice and assistance. Such information maybe shared with members of the JACS team only and used (anonymously) for the purpose of collating general statistics for inclusion in our published annual report, and to Social Security for the purposes of agreeing JACS funding. Our website does not use cookies and we only monitor the use of the site for statistical purposes.

JACS retains information for 2 years plus the current year, after which all data will be deleted unless the file is still open.
