As much as it's tempting, you don't want to just avoid the whole mess, either. You want to take charge and talk about it - effectively. But how?
If you manage people, work in Human Resources, or care about your friends at work, the chances are good that one day you will need to hold a difficult conversation.
This session identifies the steps that will help you hold difficult conversations when people need professional feedback.

Payment must be received before the date of the training. If payment is not received before the training, JACS reserves its right to refuse access to the training.
A cancellation charge of £25 per person will be levied for any cancellations giving less than 3 working days notice or for any 'no-shows' on the day.
