Discrimination - Focussing on Disability
In this session we will give an overview of the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013, and looking at what this covers, best practice and how to take steps to prevent claims be lodged against the business and individuals.
During this session we look at the legislation and examine how discrimination legislation in general will impact upon employment and will include reasonable adjustments and recruitment practices for the purposes of the disability discrimination regulations.

A cancellation charge of £25 per person will be levied for any cancellations giving less than 3 working days notice or for any 'no-shows' on the day.
