Employment Relations (Jersey) Law 2007

The Employment Relations (Jersey) Law 2007 was approved by the States on on 23rd October 2007. The Appointed Day on which the Law will come into force will be 21st January 2008. The Codes of Practice that support the law are still in the process of finalisation, but to assist our clients we have released draft guides to the codes for the time being.
